The product is indicated to integrate the diet into Lactoferrin and Lysine in cats subject to infectious pressure (such as for example in carriers of Herpes Virus and Calici Virus) at the first manifestation of the symptomatology and in periods of exacerbation of the same. Lactoferrin is a natural protein that mammals take at birth through colostrum and breast milk and is physiologically present in all organic fluids (tears, saliva, bile, urine, blood, sperm, cervical mucus), wherever it is needed an immediate non-specific defense intervention against the entry of infectious agents from the outside. Lactoferrin is a component of bovine milk, from which it can be isolated with particular purification techniques. The product contains a specific protein fraction of milk, particularly rich in Lactoferrin. Lysine is associated with it, whose nutritional integration in adequate quantities helps to support and support the animals' ability to react to the difficulties deriving from possible infections. Components 1 ml of Herp provides: • Lactoferrin: 60 mg • Lysine hydrochloride: 250 mg (equivalent to 200 mg of lysine base). Method of use For oral use Administer 1 ml every 2 kg of cat's weight twice a day for the first 7 days and then halve the quantity (1 ml every 4 kg of cat's weight twice a day). Depending on the package, use the graduated dropper (50 ml pack) or the graduated syringe (120 ml pack) supplied or, alternatively, keep in mind that: • 1 coffee spoon corresponds to about 2 ml; • 1 teaspoon corresponds to about 3 ml. Administer the established quantity, possibly divided into two different moments of the day, directly in the mouth or mixed with a little pleasant food. Herp must be administered at the first signs of symptoms and until these have returned. In the case of chronic pathological manifestations, the product must be administered continuously or in cycles according to the opinion of the Veterinary Physician. Format 120 ml
